Product Delivery and Returns

Product Delivery

Products are delivered throughout Lithuania using courier services.

For orders valued at 500 € or more, delivery within Lithuania is free of charge (excluding deliveries to the Curonian Spit).

Delivery time depends on the availability of ordered products in stock and may vary depending on the product type and quantity.

Product Returns

The buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • the product must be unused

  • the product must be undamaged

  • the product must be in its original packaging

  • the product must be of the same completeness as received

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • if they have been used

  • if they are mechanically damaged

  • if the original packaging is missing or severely damaged.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, it is inspected. The buyer is informed about the return confirmation via email.

Once the return is confirmed, the money is refunded to the buyer’s specified bank account or using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

Product Exchange

Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us by email at info@raigrinda.lt and provide a description of the situation.

Additional Information

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or was damaged due to the seller’s fault.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.
