1.3. Buyer – a person ordering or purchasing goods in the Online Store.
1.4. Personal Data – the Buyer’s personal data that the Buyer voluntarily provides when registering and/or ordering goods in the Online Store. Personal data also includes the Buyer’s purchase history, when such data is stored in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5. Terms and Conditions – these purchase terms and conditions of the Online Store www.raigrinda.lt. These terms and conditions for purchasing in the online store establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.
2.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter – the Terms and Conditions) are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store. The Buyer enters into a purchase agreement by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. When the Buyer makes a purchase in the Online Store, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order apply; therefore, the Buyer is advised to review the Terms and Conditions each time before making a purchase.
2.3. The Buyer cannot place an order for goods in the Online Store if they have not reviewed the Terms and Conditions or do not agree with them. The Seller assumes no responsibility or risk if the Buyer has partially or completely failed to review the Terms and Conditions, even though such an opportunity was provided.
2.4. The Seller confirms that it is responsible for the sale of goods ordered in the Online Store and the proper delivery of purchased goods, the quality of goods, the proper fulfillment of return conditions, and the implementation of other rights and obligations of the seller provided for in legal acts.
3.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store by:

3.1.2. not registering in this online store.
3.2. When ordering goods in the manner specified in clause 3.1, the Buyer must provide the Buyer’s personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the goods order in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
3.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer’s personal data provided in clause 3.2 will be processed for the purposes of purchasing and delivering goods to the Buyer and for accounting purposes.
3.4. The Buyer agrees that informational messages necessary for the fulfillment of the goods order will be sent to the email address and telephone number provided by the Buyer.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes to protect and not disclose their login credentials to anyone.
3.6. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the data provided in the Online Store is accurate, correct, and complete.
3.7. The Buyer has the right to change their data or submit a request to delete their account at any time.
4.1. The following have the right to purchase in the online store:
legally competent natural persons;

6.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods at the agreed time.

6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
6.6. The Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.
6.7. If the Buyer signs the delivery documents without remarks, the goods are deemed to have been delivered properly.
7.1. Product characteristics are specified in their descriptions.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies in colors or shapes due to the Buyer’s device screen.
7.3. If a product has an expiration date, it is indicated on the packaging.
7.4. If a product reaches the Buyer after the expiration date, the Seller undertakes to replace it or refund the money.
8.1. The Seller undertakes to provide quality goods.
8.2. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
8.3. If product defects are not recorded at the time of acceptance, the goods are deemed to meet quality requirements.
8.4. Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules.
8.5. The Buyer may return goods of inadequate quality.
8.6. Goods of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned.

8.8. Money for returned goods is refunded within 14 days.
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using the online store.
9.3. The Seller is not responsible for losses arising due to the Buyer’s fault.
9.4. In the event of damage, the party at fault compensates for direct losses.
10.1. The Seller may initiate various promotions.
10.2. The Seller has the right to change the terms of promotions.
