Well self-leveling compound for floors before laying floor covering. Low alkalinity.
Suitable for leveling floor surfaces with a 1-7 mm thick layer before laying floor covering.
The substrate must be clean, hard and solid. Remove cement dust, paint residues, adhesive remnants and other contaminants and vacuum the floor thoroughly.
Concrete substrates must be primed before pouring the leveling compound with Kiilto Pro Start primer diluted 1:4 or Kiilto PrimerOne primer (20% Kiilto primer / 80% water). Renovation surfaces, as well as slab surfaces, must be primed with undiluted Kiilto Pro Start Primer or PrimerOne primer before leveling. Non-absorbent surfaces, such as ceramic tiles or painted surfaces, can be primed with Kiilto Pro Fix Primer.
Low-alkaline leveling layer protects adhesives and vinyl covering from damage caused by alkaline moisture in concrete. Studies have shown that a 5 mm thick leveling layer provides protective effect.
The concrete substrate must comply with national standards.
